Personal Security Lectures

Mercury Associates provides courses that will help to raise staff awareness of the importance of personal safety by exploring the risks they may encounter whilst at work (interviewing, home visits, travel, outreach work, working alone) and also within their personal life. Delegates will learn what aggressive and violent behaviour in the workplace is and explore some of the underlying causes of this behaviour.
